About Us
Graham Welter
Graham has been in the direct to consumer and brand building space for more than 7 years. Before ever graduating from college, Graham had fully built two thriving consumer brands –– working hands on to amplify their community presences, develop their brick and mortar strategies, facilitate partnerships, and took on all other roles necessary to scale. Since his first endeavors in the DTC space, he has honed his skills and began focusing on driving growth through digital channels for his clients, and his own personal brands. Over the last two years, Graham has been utilizing his experience to advise on brand development, auditing current approaches and implementing: change, better business practices, advertising, growth strategy and more. While working with a robust list of brands in diversified industries, Graham has adopted a holistic view towards growth strategies. Since the inception of Belair Welter Projects, Graham has begun investing in early stage companies and creating partnerships to advise new brands through their early stages and growth.
Wade Belair
Wade began working with early-stage companies within New York's Venture Capital space. Working to vet companies which presented strong investment opportunities –– while also working hands-on with start-ups to strategize on their branding, business model, high-impact partnerships, and marketing approach. For the past two and a half years Wade worked at esteemed creative agency My Young Auntie, where he provided hands on brand-strategy and creative guidance to early-stage to established brands. Currently, Wade is completing the Harvard Business School Entrepreneurship and Innovation program, while investing in and advising brands through Belair Welter Projects. Wade also invests personal capital into innovative brands and ventures with several private groups and funds.
